About Green Dots Research
Most marketing advice is either too abstract to use or too tactical to compound.
Green Dots Research exists somewhere in between: a public research layer on how modern products reach markets.
We publish field notes, market observations, case studies, and practical frameworks on GTM strategy, distribution, user acquisition, founder growth, Web3 marketing, and broader marketing trends.
The goal is simple: document how trust, attention, and distribution actually work in high-noise markets.
Not as theory. Not as generic marketing advice. But through the lens of real campaigns, founder conversations, creator ecosystems, product launches, and market shifts we observe from the inside.
Who is behind it
Green Dots Research is published by Green Dots — a marketing and distribution advisory working with Web3 companies on launch strategy, creator campaigns, founder-led growth, narrative architecture, and go-to-market systems.
Green Dots was co-founded by Stacy Muur, a Web3 marketer with 10+ years in crypto. Our work has touched campaigns and strategy for teams such as Sui, Mantle, Walrus, Citrea, WalletConnect, Somnia, YieldNest, and others.
Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, distribution, creators, and market positioning. We help teams understand not just what to say, but how their message should move through the market.
What we write about
We focus on the questions builders and marketing teams usually face when they are trying to grow in noisy markets:
• How do you build trust before you need it?
• How do you turn founder presence into a real distribution asset?
• How do KOLs, creators, communities, and media actually shape perception?
• How do you design GTM strategy when attention is fragmented and traditional playbooks no longer work?
• How do you build a brand that is not dependent on one campaign, one channel, or one market cycle?
Most of our writing comes from what we see in the field: client work, campaign planning, creator research, founder advisory, market studies, and conversations with teams building in Web3 and beyond.
Why this exists
A lot of valuable marketing thinking disappears inside Telegram chats, X articles, campaign docs, and private client work.
Green Dots Research exists to make the best parts of that thinking reusable.
For founders, marketers, and builders, this is a place to understand how modern distribution works before they are forced to solve it under pressure.
